In this hybrid, hands-on and demo class you will learn how to perfectly recreate from scratch a host of traditional Indian home cooked dishes including Sofrito, Yellow Split Pea Dahl, Sauteed Spinach, Potato Curry, Butternut Squash Mash and of course homemade Curry Paste all served with delicious Guyanese rice.
We will conclude by enjoying full portions of our culinary creations followed by a special surprise FAB dessert. And, you can BYOB! These simple recipes are sure to excite you and your family’s taste buds when you recreate them at home for years to come.
