Cecilia retired from the Army after 21 years and in her first 10 years she was a culinary specialist trained and educated in all things related to food service. Her knowledge includes food prep and food safety, advanced culinary techniques, baking, meats, starches vegetables and all things dining. She has fed and accommodated over 1,200 Soldiers per meal, prepared in-home intimate two person meals, and catered for special events. Her love of food continues and her passion is showing others that food is not as intimidating as most think. Cecilia acclaims that being in the kitchen making food not only feeds the body but also feeds the soul.
