Brian's love for food started at a young age when he learned to cook and bake while standing on a milk crate next to his mom and his Nana in their kitchens.
A lifelong lover of baking and cooking, he has also been a food writer, food tour guide, recipe developer, and recipe tester over the years.
Life changes and the pandemic brought Brian to Brevard County in 2022, which brought him to FAB. With the help of Angela and Rory, he overcame his fear of yeast. Brian's approachable perspective on baking makes his classes popular with home bakers. He likes to share recipes that the home baker can easily do at home but with some twists.
When not at FAB or baking at home, Brian loves to travel the world to experience new foods and flavors. His quest for the next best bite has brought him to China, Japan, Guatemala, France, England, and Canada, amongst other places.
