Keri Cossette is a professional pastry chef with over 10 years of experience in multiple bakeries and restaurants in Brevard County & South Florida which is where she was born and raised. She was taught how to bake at a young age from her grandmother. She took both culinary and graphic design classes in college but in the end she decided to pursue a career in the culinary arts. She uses her knowledge of art, design & her love of food to help her create her beautifully delicious creations.
