Sean is a classically-trained Chef who graduated Salutatorian in his 2-year culinary school with an AA is Culinary Arts. This came 8 years after Sean immersed himself into the industry working those 8 years for a Restaurant Corporation opening new restaurants across the country. Sean has opened 48 new restaurants in his career and worked in 40 out of 50 states. Most recently, Sean owned and operated a very successful Catering Company which was ultimately shut down due to COVID-19. Previous to moving back to Brevard County 13 years ago, Sean was the Regional Executive Chef for a Prominent Restaurant group based in Philadelphia. Sean has been the Executive Chef of a multitude of different cuisine restaurants ranging from Private Chef, to Pan-Asian, to LUXE Lounge. Sean now enjoys a career outside of his 29 year restaurant journey that allows him more work/life/family balance.
