Join Etiquette Consultant and restauranteur Jayne Withers for a wonderful afternoon learning the etiquette surrounding, and enjoying all the flavors of a proper British Style Afternoon Cream Tea. You’ll make a Beautiful Battenberg Cake and while your cakes are cooling, you’ll learn the essentials to creating the Pimento Cheese* Filling.- one of Jayne’s staples used to fill those impossibly delicate finger sandwiches.
Irish vs Cuban Bangers and Mash Battle
In this class you will make Two Meals, first Rory's Home Made Irish Bangers and Mash with Onion Gravy and then Chef Fernando will show you how to take this Irish Classic to the next level.
In the Home Cooking Enthusiast Corner we have Rory McEllin and his homemade, traditional family favorite Creamy Mashed Potatoes with Rich Onion Gravy and Traditional Irish Sausages.
In the Classically Trained Chef Corner we have Chef Fernando and his reconstructed Cuban version of the classic: Cuban Papa Rellena (Stuffed Potato)- Irish sausage perfectly seasoned with Cuban spices stuffed in mashed potatoes, breaded, and pan seared. Served with a Rum Glazed Mojito Sauce.
Dessert will be a conflict free Irish classic- Angela’s Bailey’s Cheesecake with Jamison Whisky Ganache
