Come along for an immersive day making the iconic Italian Pastry Sfogliatella Riccia with Mary Storey- this is the classic flaky pastry version filled with a delicious citrus and cinnamon infused semolina cream. You’ll never have a more exquisitely fresh pastry than these pastries hot from the oven and lightly dusted with confectioners sugar. Angela has promised to break out the espresso machine for the occasion. You’ll learn the secret to making the many, many, many delicate layers of delicious pastry, how to make the classic cream filling (as well as a few variations) and go home with a full batch of these beauties to impress your friends and family.

We provide all ingredients, supplies, and tools required for use during each class. Best of all you get to take home whatever tasty treats you make - we provide all boxes/packaging too!
Please wear comfortable shoes (stools will be provided) and have long hair tied back. For the comfort of all our students and staff, we ask that you refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne. You may wish to bring a cardigan or sweater as the kitchen is kept at 68F.
